- We make sure we move your order as fast as possible. For custom orders, it might take a while for up to 2 weeks. We will keep you informed about your order and let you know before we ship your products.
2. How long will it take to deliver once you ship my products?
- It will take 7-10 days depending on the efficiency of the postal services.
- You can opt for MPS speedy service if you need the products urgently. We will prioritize your order and dispatch it soon to reach you in 2-3 days.

- You can email us at email@example.com, mentioning the SKU id of the product that you are interested in purchasing. We shall create a custom order for the product and share the payment link with you, after which you can make the payment and receive the product

- If you wish to add more products to an already placed order, yes you can do it. You don’t have to worry about the shipping cost for the newly added products. We shall combine all your products and ship together, where your overall shipping cost reduces.
10. What will be the shipping charges for the products ordered?
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of the products you order. Once you add your products in the cart, the overall shipping cost will be calculated and intimated when you proceed to checkout. We try to keep our shipping charges affordable but sometimes helpless when the weight of a product is huge.
11. Do you accept cancellation of a product?
- We don’t welcome cancellations, but you can contact us at any point if you find issues with your order before dispatch. For, backdrops and custom orders, we strictly don’t accept cancellations as well as order updates, since we take a lot of efforts in making the item unique as per the individual’s preference.
